Jessica Dyer is a graduate of Marshall University, where she received her BA in Counseling. While attending college, Jessica worked with several organizations providing services to at-risk and adjudicated youth. Since receiving her bachelor’s degree in 2004, her work has been focused exclusively on individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. She has filled many roles including Service Coordinator, SC Supervisor, and Advocate for the Medley/Hartley Program. Jessica currently works with clients and families as a Behavior Support Professional II, and is also the Behavior Support Supervisor at Starlight. Jessica received her PBS endorsement from the West Virginia Association for Positive Behavior Support in early 2016, and is currently acting as the co-chair for the WV APBS Network Committee.
