Starlight Leadership

Jeremy Maynard
Director of Operations
During most of my adult life, I have been working with adults with I/DD. I started fresh out of high school providing direct care services for a local provider agency, I earned my college degree from Marshall University and have had many different administrative roles within different organizations in the state of West Virginia.

I have been serving Starlight Behavioral Health since 2008 and have been the Director of Operations beginning the summer of 2018. I'm very passionate about the quality of life experienced by our participants and being a part of increasing the employment opportunities in our community. I’m also a big believer in the Golden Rule and think if we follow that, everything else seems to work itself out.

My work interests include: Adult I/DD with forensic and/or legal issues including sexual offenses, staff training, crisis intervention, Positive Behavior Support, and Applied Behavioral Analysis. When I’m not at work you can bet I’m at a gym or the soccer field with one of my two children.
