Starlight Leadership

Jeremy Maynard

I really grew up working in the behavioral health industry. I started fresh out of high school providing direct care services, got my college degree and have had many different administrative roles within organizations including my 9 years here at Starlight. I’m a big believer in the Golden Rule and think if we follow that, everything else seems to work itself out. My work interests include; Adult I/DD with forensic and/or legal issues including sexual offenses, staff training, crisis intervention, Positive Behavior Support, and Applied Behavioral Analysis.  When I’m not at work you can bet I’m at a gym or soccer field with one of my two children.
